Refund policy

All sales are final, and we send the pack again if you lose it.

  • All sales are final. Packs are digital, curated lists delivered immediately, so there are no refunds, including for change of mind or job outcomes.
  • If your payment went through but you didn't receive the pack, or you lose the file later, email your transaction ID (signature) to [email protected] and we'll send the pack again.
  • Overpayments and payments on the wrong network: contact support. These are handled case by case at our discretion, with no guarantee of a return.
